A Big THANK YOU to Our Committee Members

Our Republican Designating Petition process has finally come to end, and I want to take this opportunity to personally thank each and every one of our seasoned and new Committee Members who went beyond the call of duty – walking during all those rainy days in June - to make sure 2009 was one of our most successful years.

We had hundreds of volunteer Committee Members in the streets carrying our Republican Party Platform message directly to voters. All of our candidates will receive huge boosts from the voters because our Republican Committee Members personally touched them.

For the Brookhaven Town Republican Committee, campaigns never end. They simply continue and roll from one successful year and one successful election to another. I can assure you, because of the hard work of those Committee Members who personally walked their petitions; the 2009 General Election will be one of the most successful in recent years.

On behalf of the BTRC Executive Board, Executive Committee and our Slate of Candidates, I also want to express to our band of Notaries and Drivers - who not only complete their own Republican Designating Petitions - but continue to hit the streets this week to make sure our Republican Candidates are qualified on their Minor Party ballot positions. The work of our Notaries is not yet finished, and any assistance you might be able to offer would be appreciated. Please contact Headquarters at 451-2320.

I would also like to personally thank the crew of dedicated BTRC Members who monitored and compiled all of our designating petitions this year.

Our job as a committee is far from over. The time is now to work directly with our candidate campaigns to make sure 2009 is a TRUE VICTORY for our Republican party. Contact me at headquarters and GET INVOLVED in one or more of our exciting campaigns!
